Event Details

Dubuque Area Arts Collective invites you to the PULSE Art + Music Show featuring local high school students who have worked with local music, art and design professionals to bring you a collection of artwork, design pieces and live music performances.

In the past 10 weeks, students have worked closely with mentors to work on their creative skills. Music students created bands and practiced some of their favorite tunes to perform during this event. Art and design students worked on several projects such as paintings, drawings, collages, posters and illustrations, and they created imagery for the promotional pieces of the event. Design students interviewed band members and created visuals to appeal to their band aesthetic and feel. 

ART AND DESIGN:

STUDENTS: Jocelyn Staidl, Cassidy Nelson, Caleb Peterson, Bridget Markham, Alison Wagner, Norah Morteo, Kaily Ramage, Forest Brooks, Audrey Oneill, Adam brimeyer-wright, Lena Olson, Chloe Laube, Chiara Della Pina Gomez and Rory Monthey.

MENTORS: Erik Wold, Jon Little, Ivonne Simmonds Fals, Jay Foust, Elizabeth Eagle and Erika Wilson.
