Artist Call Details
Dubuque Area Arts Collective (DAAC) is excited to announce the “Nuestras Raizes” art exhibition in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage Month. This exhibit will feature artwork by Hispanic and Latino American artists and artisans of all mediums, including 2D, 3D, crafts, photography and more.
The exhibit will take place on the first and second floor galleries of the Smokestack From September 28th through October 25th and it will also be a part of the Dubuque Latinx Fiesta. The Dubuque Latinx Fiesta will feature the art exhibit, Latin American live music, performances, food and vendors. Lat year, the Latinx fiesta brought close to 2000 patrons.
