An Assortment of Limbs: A Horror Anthology
An Assortment of Limbs is a print horror magazine published by the Dubuque Area Arts Collective, showcasing chilling fiction, haunting poetry, and unsettling artwork from emerging and established creators.
You see something move out of the corner of your eye.
You hear a creak in the hallway that conveys more than just the house settling.
You feel a chill run down your spine—in the middle of the day, in your home. Your haven. Your safe space.
And then the dread settles in. Maybe you were never safe.
Maybe we never are.
Maybe we never will be.
This is an assortment of limbs.
Grasping, clawing things reaching out, yearning to drag you into the darkness.
With us.
You are not alone.
We are now accepting submissions of fiction, poetry, and visual art for this upcoming horror anthology. Let your fears out. Let your shadows speak. Let your work haunt the page.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Saturday, September 6th, 2025.
